“I've had the opportunity to work with both Jenn(acute knee injury and chronic shoulder pain) and Emily (concussion) and would highly recommend the staff at Ridgeline. Some of the best physios I have ever worked with. My shoulder bothered me for several years and saw 3 different physios who had trouble getting me back on track- in just a few sessions Jenn gave me an exercise plan that has left me stronger and pain free ever since! The concussion work was also super helpful and gave me the right tools to manage my injury for the short term and longterm! These folks are great!”

“I spent well over a year working with Emily on concussion issues from recent also existing concussions from when I was a teenager. She is amazing. I didn't realize how much pain I was in. It hasn't been easy on either of us I'm sure but she was a rock. Honestly I'm amazed at what we were able to accomplish. Words can't describe how grateful I am for her and her team at Ridgeline they were great to deal with the whole time. It's amazing how connected our bodies are. “Shockwave therapy in Fernie! Yes it’s true!! And it works! I had six sessions for a very painful right shoulder Prior to shockwave ,My ROM was absolutely minimal and I was very much suffering from a great deal of pain 24/7 My Dr told me about shockwave therapy, I had no idea we had the luxury of 3 therapists in Fernie that offer shockwave therapy!! I am so glad we do!! All the crew at Ridgeline are absolutely amazing!! Thank you jenn,Emily and Olivia for helping me!!! I am on my way to recovery and my range of motion has improved immensely!! I’d recommend this treatment to everyone !! (And I have)”

I cannot speak too highly of the care and professionalism she showed in the three one-hour sessions treating my concussion. “I cannot thank Emily enough for the work she’s done with me to help me with my neck injury. I went from not being able to lift my arm over my head and being in constant pain, to being able to mountain bike, snowboard, hike, run, and do almost any other activity that I want again. I will need long-term support for this injury, and when I moved out of Fernie, she helped me find a new physio and ensured that my treatment plan was transferred to them. She is honestly the best, and I will miss working with her.”
