“I got a lot of help from my physio, Brian, who gave me exercises to use other shoulder and back muscles, to relieve my neck pain. He gave me extra exercises each week, which I did twice a day, and by the 3rd week I had about 70% less neck pain. I got a bad cold after that so waited a week for one more session, which helped me keep doing my exercises correctly. I keep progressing, and am very glad I went for my physio session. “"Jeffrey is an amazing therapist who truly knows what he's doing. I came in with a lot of pain and had tried many massage therapists before, but he is by far one of the best and has become my favorite. After just one treatment, I noticed a tremendous improvement in my pain and stiffness. I highly, highly recommend him to anyone looking for effective and professional care. Even the staff at the front desk are incredibly sweet, soft-spoken, and helpful. They go above and beyond to accommodate your needs, communicate clearly, and work around your schedule. I'm so glad I found this place and chose to come here. The entire experience has been welcoming, professional, and caring."”Read moreShow less

“Great service and friendly staff. I’d strongly recommend Roland for MRT (Massage). I tried other places and didn’t get any results. Roland’s service is top notch. No wonder it’s hard to book an appointment since he’s always fully booked.”
