“I endured a tri-malleolar fracture in February of 2025. When I was referred to Richmond Physio, I was grateful that it was close by. However, what impressed me the most was the compassionate care I received on my first appointment. Alexa B. has been knowledgeable, sensitive and meets my needs. “Alexa has brought back a lot of mobility I had lost due to hip pain. Doing the stairs was very painful when I started. Now it’s much improved! Alexa has provided great treatments and an excellent on-line program to follow at home. So I don’t forget! She is professional, personable and very knowledgeable.
