Amazing care and service for our child’s eczema treatment. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. We had an outbreak while visiting and the team was caring and so accommodating.

I was quite nervous to book acupuncture, but immediately felt comfortable after speaking with their doctor. Treatment was amazing, felt great afterwards. I highly recommend!

Years ago, Dr. Zhou treated me with great success. I had been to many specialist over a 5yr period with many drs. with no help. My legs were burning and difficult to walk and feet not feeling the ground. Dr. Zhou changed all of that in short time. He knew where my issues were before I could even tell him. After 5yrs of suffering I could feel the ground beneath me and zero pain or discomfort. Thank you, Dr. Zhou

Had a ruptured disc with severe impingement on the sciatic cluster. Intense pain and could barely walk, sit, sleep. Dr. Zhou and his new colleague were instrumental in getting me moving again!

Dr. Wang is a miracle worker! I got Bell’s Palsy in my third trimester of pregnancy and he has helped me get my face back. I can smile at my baby - which was my biggest prayer! If you get Bell’s Palsy, I highly recommend seeing him ASAP.

This is my new favorite Vancouver location bar none. When I found the man, who I had been following all through his RMT journey, I was excited to learn that he was practicing at Revolve. Not only is he already an expert body worker and army commando for the Canadian armed Forces, he uses his previous knowledge of lifting weights and lifestyle coaching as an added bonus to him going to school and becoming a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). For me, Martin Pan has played an integral role in supporting my rehabilitation from an accident that has left me in constant recovery and disabled. He is one of the RMTs that is part of a larger health care team that I give full credit too for enabling me to continue being a productive member of society and not debilitated in bed. Thank you for all that you do. I highly reccomend this young man to anyone and everyone, no matter what their massage therapy needs. He is one of the top in Vancouver for sure. I am sure there is bias there however, I have burned through many establishments to find only the best. You should have the best. Your health is priceless. Check him out, you will not be disappointed. Follow me for more reccomendations as well.

I cannot speak highly enough about my treatment and support at Revolve Therapy! I came in a little over a month ago with a pretty severe case of Bell's Palsy. I'm a 42 year old healthy male and like many other cases of Bell's Palsy this came out of nowhere and the doctors didn't know what caused it (I was prescribed prednisone and an anti viral after going to the emergency room, which I was to take for a week). With half of my face paralyzed I was pretty devastated and upon recommendation from my sister decided to try acupuncture to help with my recovery. I was welcomed into Revolve initially from the warm receptionist who seemed genuinely concerned about my condition and wanted to help anyway they could. Upon meeting Dr. Wang for the first time, he was very warm and welcoming and after taking notes about how my condition came to be he said not to worry and that he would get me back to how I was prior to Bell's Palsy. For the first few weeks I went twice per week and started noticing progress each time. I was not able to close my left eye for about a week and after a few sessions, I was finally able to close my eye which was the first milestone and huge relief. He would always check me prior to each session and just like the name of the place "revolve" his therapy depending on my progression (i.e. focus more in certain areas of my face). Now just going once per week, a little over a month later I'm now in the tail end of my recovery (about 95%) and owe a ton of thanks and gratitude to Dr. Wang and the warm staff @ Revolve for not only getting me to recovery but taking me in like family. If you have Bell's Palsy do not hesitate to come here as Dr. Wang's acupuncture/facial massage methods work and will help you recover better and faster. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! -Ryan

I was in agonizing acute low back pain for a week, and unable to find relief until I turned to acupuncture with massage therapy together. Only after one combination of the two treatments worked wonders, targeting my pain with precision. Dr. Wang and RMT Martin worked on the network of my whole body and massage therapy's skilled techniques combined to bring me back to full recovery. I'm amazed by the results and incredibly grateful for the practitioners. If you're struggling with acute low back pain, I highly recommend to try out these therapies. they truly work wonders!

I came after being diagnosed with Bell’s palsy while pregnant. The following week I started coming in for 2 sessions a week with Dr Wang willing to try anything to get facial movement back. Everybody’s recovery time is different, and I’m sure quickly getting on medication helped, but I started seeing improvements after 2 weeks of acupuncture (4 sessions). I have since gone down to one session as recommended and am 80% recovered 5 weeks later. The staff is very friendly, always having an extra pillow ready for my arrival.

My review of Revolve Therapy is particularly addressed to skeptics like myself, and those with no experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Revolve Therapy has been an essential part of my routine for the last six months. Six months ago, near the end of March 2022, I visited the ER where I was diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy (aka idiopathic facial palsy, aka palsy of cranial nerve VII). The right side of my face was not moving and I thought this was a stroke. Three medical professionals (the ER doctor, my neurologist and a second opinion) noted my case as either severe or one of the worst cases they have ever seen. When this began, my neurologist suggested that acupuncture had worked for others, although research was limited. I researched various medical journals searching for details. What I found was: • Most studies were done in regions where acupuncture is very popular, and therefore do not represent a global population; • Tests were not “double-blind”, i.e. the person administering the acupuncture has to know that they are administering acupuncture. My initial skepticism prevented me from pursuing acupuncture immediately. After two weeks of deliberation and no improvement in my ability to move the right side of my face, I decided to schedule a consultation and appointment. I tested several diagnostics one hour prior to my appointment. I was: • Not able to close my right eye without the use of medical tape; • Not able to taste from the front-right of my tongue; • Lubricating my eye several times a day; • Unable to pronounce consonants such as B, P, F and V. • Unable to keep a seal in my lips (therefore unable to use straws or drink without tilting my head); During the first acupuncture treatment: • Within 20 minutes, my right eye was able to close naturally (it still wouldn’t blink); • I felt the ability to move the right side of my lips. I was nowhere near my previous full motor ability after one session. However, this a quantum leap of improvement considering my state just two hours ago. I felt this initial treatment was the momentum boost I was looking for. Currently, I visit Revolve Therapy for one hour every other week and I estimate the right side of my face is 90-95% back to normal. While I do not attribute all of the recovery to acupuncture alone, I have no choice but to believe that it has been very helpful as a complementary treatment. Initially I was warned that I may have to apply medical tape to close my eye for “several months”. Instead, I stopped using medical tape entirely after roughly four treatments (two weeks). Five months after my diagnosis, my neurologist even asked if I was still using the medical tape. I have recovered far beyond expectations. Here’s what you can expect from Revolve Therapy: • Courteous staff, knowledgeable professionals, expert technique; • Direct deposit with your insurance, if they cover your treatment; • Punctuality, cleanliness, attention to client service. • Simple appointment scheduling and appointment reminders. Revolve Therapy is pretty no-frills. There’s no waterfall, large glass windows, or marble countertops. They have everything they need to provide a welcoming and professional environment, and not much more. The savings go directly into your pocket. Staff are extremely friendly and will go above and beyond to answer any questions you may have. The treatment itself is as efficient as you can ask for. You enter the room, lie down, have any questions answered, get the treatment (it doesn’t hurt in my case), pay, and leave. There’s chit-chat if you want it, and silence if you prefer that. I feel compelled to tell anybody with the same condition to at least try Traditional Chinese Medicine for themselves. The treatment is bespoke to your condition and can change based on how it looks that day. It requires a skillful hand to properly assess how to apply treatment, and I have full faith in the staff at Revolve Therapy to do everything within their power to ensure you have an enjoyable experience and the best results they can deliver.
