Booking and fees

• Advance notice to cancel1 day

  In order to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments or cancellation fees, it is the client's responsibility to arrive on time or cancel no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

• Credit card to book

  A credit card is not required for your initial booking however, following your first cancellation, a credit card number will be required to reschedule and reserve your spot on the schedule.

• Deposit to book

  Same day appointments will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the appontment fee.

• Arriving late shortens the visityour session may be shortened

  If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate our following appointments.

• Fee for cancelling late

  Additional cancellations will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of your scheduled appointment fee and will be assessed to your credit card on file.

• Fee for a missed appointment$25

  No-shows will be charged a $25 rebooking fee prior to booking your next appointment.
