“I absolutely loved my pelvic floor therapy sessions with Ellie throughout my pregnancy. I left every appointment feeling informed and supported, and she always followed up with a detailed email outlining everything we covered along with a personalized plan to work on between sessions. The stretches, breathing techniques, and exercises she taught me made a significant difference in how I felt during my pregnancy. Her knowledge, guidance, and encouragement gave me the confidence to better prepare my body for birth. I would highly recommend Ellie to anyone looking for pelvic floor physical therapy during pregnancy. She is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and truly invested in helping her clients feel their best.”Read moreShow less

“Ellie is truly amazing. After a back injury I haven’t been able to get back to the gym without experiencing pain and after seeing her and doing all my prescribed exercises I reached the milestone of being able to workout and not have any after - lingering back pain. She also helped me with a neck injury which she was able to diagnosed and resolved right away.”Read moreShow less

“I came to see Ellie to deal with some complex pain related to multiple abdominal surgery’s and PCS.Ellie is highly professional and focuses on root cause of pain and systemically works to resolve it.Almost the entire sessions were spent hands on and highly effective. I would recommend her to anyone especially if you haven’t had success with other practitioners.”Read moreShow less

“After visiting 3 other physiotherapists, I found Ellie who really helped me with endometriosis treatment. She uses different types or therapy depending on the severity of the condition and sends an email summarizing the session with guidance of exercises that need to be completed before the next appointment to continue the improvement. I highly recommend her.”Read moreShow less

“Wow is all I can say. Ellie is by far the best physiotherapist I have ever met. Her attention to detail, extensive knowledge, and warm, caring approach made my experience exceptional from start to finish. The spa-like atmosphere of the clinic was also incredibly inviting and relaxing. At 8 months postpartum, I initially booked an assessment to better understand my deep core weakness. Not only did Ellie address those concerns, but she also identified and treated several other issues that I hadn’t even realized were contributing to how I was feeling. She then created a personalized plan to help me rebuild strength through Physio Pilates, and once again, I was blown away. My instructor, Vanessa, was fantastic—knowledgeable, encouraging, and excellent at providing cues throughout each exercise. It was my first experience with Pilates, and I absolutely loved it. Ellie’s practice is truly amazing and honestly life-changing. I am incredibly grateful to have found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional physiotherapy care.”Read moreShow less

“Came looking for pelvic physiotherapy after having my 2nd kid (4-5mo pp) and Ellie went above and beyond to help treat a whole range of issues that were honestly bothering me since my first pregnancy/birth (and probably beyond). Almost 6 months pp now and feeling way better already than when i came in. Super happy with my experience, would recommend to any soon-to-be mom/new mom (anyone really). you owe it to your future self!”Read moreShow less

“Ellie is hands down the best physiotherapist I've ever seen! I initially went to her when I was 8 months pregnant with my first child for pelvic floor physio. She set me up with a program that helped my husband and I prepare for labour & delivery - I found her sessions so much more helpful than any of the hospital courses. She taught my husband how to do some counter pressure poses that really took my pain down a few notches during labour (before I was able to get an epidural). This stuff WORKS!!! I will absolutely be going back for a refresher for future pregnancies. I have since seen Ellie again postpartum a few times and she has helped me through pinched nerves and tilted pelvis issues that were causing me major mobility and pain problems. She's able to diagnose, treat, and rehab you so effectively. She is so worth the investment in your health!”Read moreShow less

“I honestly can’t recommend Ellie enough! I started seeing her during my pregnancy because of really bad pelvic and groin pain, and she’s been amazing. I felt a difference even after the first session!! She really knows her stuff, especially when it comes to pregnancy, and that was very important to me. She takes the time to explain what’s going on and what she’s trying to achieve, so you actually understand your body and feel more at ease. I always leave feeling better and more reassured. If you’re dealing with anything similar during pregnancy or not pregnancy, she’s definitely someone you want to see.”Read moreShow less
