“I cannot recommend Alex enough. She isn’t just an exceptional RMT, she is truly a partner in your health. I came to her with complex symptoms and suspected hypermobility, and she took the time to truly listen, understand, and support me. She went above and beyond to research my condition, learn about my specific issues, and help me advocate for myself. Her care and documentation played a huge role in finally getting my hypermobility acknowledged by my GP — something I had been struggling with for years. Her treatments are on another level. She has a deep understanding of the body and an intuitive ability to find problem areas that others miss. Her abdominal work ( something I didn't know existed) in particular made a huge difference for me. it uncovered ongoing, painful issues no one had ever addressed, and it’s something I would never have even known to ask for anywhere else. “Alex took me on as a client. with a back injuries that I dealt with for 20 years which forced me to retired early from my police career. I could never find a therapist that knew how to remedy my injuries.Only after 5 treatment Alex completely eliminated my back problem. “(June 2023) I went to see Alex for lower back pain and jaw tension issues. Her place is very clean, nice and bright and smells pretty and isn’t too small very homey. Her work was great I felt relief and gave me great pointers, I will definitely go see her again. Thanks Alex, see ya soooonnn (Sept 2023) I signed up for a 10K run and was training 3-5 times a week, I was getting pretty bad chin splits, she advised me it was probably the way I was running that was causing these issues. She gave me ideas on how to improve it, exercises to stretch and give flexibility and where to go where they can give assessments. This is definitely going above and beyond for her clients. Today (Nov 10, 2023) I’ve gone to see Alex for the 3rd time, again and oh my did she work her magic. My tailbone was hurting, I didn’t injure myself or anything but she advised me I was very tense and she provided me a link where to go to improve/stretch and to help it. 🫶 How do you spell relief? “For over seven years, Alex has been my massage therapist. Years ago, I injured my hip area, and Alex's deep tissue massages helped me have less pain.
