“I’ve had an amazing experience at this laser clinic. The results were noticeable almost immediately, and because I’ve been so happy with both the treatment and the results, I’ve continued adding more areas over time. The administrative assistant is always very kind and welcoming, and Del, who usually does my laser sessions, is wonderful. She is professional, friendly, and does her job extremely well, which always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. “I am highly dissatisfied with the laser treatment services I received. From the very beginning, the staff were consistently rude and unprofessional, and even after 8 sessions, I saw very minimal results. One of the biggest problems was their terrible appointment system. They never gave me timely appointments, and completing 8 sessions took me over 20 months, which is completely unreasonable. Every visit felt like I had to beg for an appointment, even though I was the paying customer. I travel 2 hours to get there, and yet if I am even 5 minutes late, they refuse to do the full-body session. They tell me they will only cover 2–3 body parts, which makes absolutely no sense, especially after such a long journey. Today was my final session, and they finished the so-called “full-body” treatment in just 15 minutes. That is impossible. It clearly shows the lack of effort and the poor quality of service they provide. On top of everything, the staff behave as if they are doing me a favour, instead of providing a service I paid for. Their rude behaviour combined with no real results after so many sessions makes this place completely not worth it. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone for laser treatment.
