“My personal counsellor, Lisa was excellent and our marriage counsellor, Steph charges us $220 for our first missed appointment when my husband and I weee apart work and struggling to login virtually.”

“Don't answer their phones when the website says they are open and close at 9. Don't do as they say with benefits. Will not contact you in a timely fashion or manner. They quoted us $220 a session then charged $187. To be told yet again counciling is $220/per person. Not organized at all!
