It doesn't matter what is happening for me, I always feel listened to and never feel judged. “Marta at Restore Physiotherapy is hands down the best physiotherapist I have ever dealt with! She is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. I really appreciate that she devotes the entire appointment time working with only me. She analyses the problems, then focuses on the necessary exercises and solutions to ease the aches and pains and build my strength. It is also really helpful that she follows up with a detailed email outlining the exercises that were covered at each appointment so I can easily remember the proper mechanics of each one at home. “May Ly is an expert in post-surgery & post-cancer treatment breast care!! She has helped me in so many ways after my cancer treatment. From recommending I look into Inspire Health Vancouver (for post cancer support), to suggesting I try Pilates (for my hypermobility). She has helped me immensely with the proper care of the lymphedema in my upper arm (result of lymph node biospy and radiation treatment). Manual drainage techniques and who to see about compression sleeves. I love seeing May and getting her expert opinion on which part of me is hurting that week and how to make it stop hurting 😊 lol I'm so thankful I found her and I couldn't ask for a better physiotherapist!!
