“I’m very disappointed with the level of service at this clinic, especially as a long-term patient who has spent a significant amount of money on ongoing treatments and products over several months. I attended appointments regularly, often twice a month, and always tried to rebook right away whenever I needed to adjust a session. Despite this, the clinic chose to charge a late-cancellation fee. When I raised my concerns, the response was dismissive and lacked understanding of my situation as a patient under active treatment with a very tight working schedule. It’s extremely discouraging to receive such poor treatment and inflexible service after being a loyal client who invested heavily in their care. I cannot recommend this clinic. “This clinic is incredibly welcoming and offers excellent services for supporting hormonal health in both women (and men). I highly recommend Dr. Kalassen—she’s empathetic, attentive, and explains everything clearly so you can easily understand the steps needed for optimal health. She provides clear, actionable plans to help you feel better and supported. I can’t recommend her and the clinic’s services enough. “Dr McIntyre is simply fantastic. He's the first naturopath I've seen, so I can't compare him to other NDs. I've been going through some pretty serious health struggles though, so I can compare him to a bevy of other healthcare providers. And? He's simply fantastic. He listens. He's clear. You can tell he's meant to be a healer. It's in his voice. It's in his nature. Personable and knowledgeable, like any great doctor. In a very short time he's become pivotal in my journey back to healthiness. Bonus points for an incredibly friendly receptionist, a beautiful office with a beautiful view, and the plaza below where I like to have coffee and relax after a visit. “Never have I ever felt so relaxed and cared for in a doctors office setting! From the front desk team to Dr Kathleen everyone was so kind. I felt deeply listened to, never did I feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone. I felt valued not just as a patient but as a person. “I started seeing Dr. Katrina Allison at Restoration Health Clinic after struggling with irritable gut problems for majority of my life as well as hormonal concerns with being postpartum. She has amazing bedside manners, is a wealth of knowledge, and is so accommodating with having virtual appointments! This not only helps with the fact that I am in Abbotsford but also with working around my schedule and having two young children to plan around! “10/10 recommend. I work specifically with Dr. Jennie Wiesenberger (ND) who is fantastic! My first consultation visit, she spent well over the allotted time with me which I appreciated greatly. As a person with anxiety, it's important to me that the practitioners I work with understand my full story. She listens very intently, makes knowledgeable suggestions, and writes out a treatment plan I can take home each time.
