“I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Steven Hoang and his clinic. The space feels more like a thoughtfully curated eyewear boutique than a typical optometry office. The selection of frames is truly unique, with distinctive styles from around the world that you are unlikely to see on anyone else. Dr. Hoang is, without exaggeration, one of the most patient and attentive healthcare professionals I have come across. He conducted my entire eye exam personally from start to finish, which immediately set a different tone. I never felt rushed, and every question I had was answered thoroughly and with genuine care. The technology in the clinic is clearly very modern and well chosen. I especially appreciated not having to dilate my eyes, which meant I could leave comfortably without any lingering blurred vision. The front staff were equally impressive. They were warm, organized, and made the entire process feel smooth and welcoming from beginning to end. What stood out the most was the level of precision and care Dr. Hoang put into my contact lens fitting. He approached it with remarkable attention to detail, as if he were fitting lenses for himself. He took the time to fine tune everything and made sure the prescription was exactly right, rather than settling for “good enough.” That level of investment is rare, and it made a noticeable difference. Overall, this was one of the most thorough and personalized eye care experiences I have had. “Very happy with my most recent Elevated Eye Exam appointment with Dr. Hoang. A slight change in my prescription was sorted out and coordinated through my contact lenses and glasses. Glad to “see” that Respect is staying on top of technology so that eye pressure tests no longer require a puff of air at your eye!! Ash did a great job confirming my existing frames are still stable enough to support new lenses so I can reuse them. She also was very patient while I sorted out my various benefits coverages. “I have been to many eye doctors and Dr. Steve and his crew Ash and Angie are the absolute best. I am so glad I found this place and will be making Respect Eyecare the place I go. “It's a great place to visit as everyone is professional and helpful and easy to talk with, whether you need an eye checkup or choose a frame. Doctor can always give you some helpful advice on improve your eye health. They have more frame and lens selection and skillful staff that can easier for adjustment for picky head structure.
