“Laurie is the person that you never knew you needed. I had my first mastectomy during Covid and my end result was ongoing swelling and pain. Laurie treated my lymphatic swelling, trained me how to perform lymphatic drainage and taught me how to mobilize my incision. She coached me through exercises which were followed with documentation via email. She gave me direction with what was beneficial for compression and other supportive recommendations. She also supplied me with names of several retail sellers of fundamentals, both local and online. After each visit I left grateful, relaxed and completely at peace. Speaking from my own first hand experience, I can only urge someone to go to a therapist with specific documents of competencies. Laurie is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist trained in the Vodder and Leduc approach to lymphedema management.”Read moreShow less

“Laurie is Exceptional. In my almost 72 years, I have visited many physiotherapists, and I can say from that experience, I have never met anyone whose treatment skills come anywhere close to what Laurie provides. She offers many styles of treatment within her physiotherapist skills and seems to intuitively know which one is right for each patient, or each visit by the same patient. I think she has ‘magic hands’ but it is more than that, it is experience, intuition, listening, sensing, communication, and years of experience doing something she is passionate about. She cares for people, that shines through in her interactions with you. She has helped me through a lot of ailments and pain; and made me feel better, body and soul. I always feel good after I have seen Laurie, relaxed, peaceful and often wanting a nice nap. I would recommend Laurie to anyone who is considering a physiotherapist.
