“Went to emerg for adrenal issues. Been gaslit and told its just stress, all mom's are tired, etc for 3 years now. The RVH ER staff were the first to validate me and take me seriously and finally help me. They called down internal medicine to see me instead of just discharging me and saying I'm fine. “Went to this hospital for a surgery, I have nothing but great things to say from the pre opp phone call right to the staff in the surgical day care unit, especially the nurse Morgan I believe her name was, she made the experience very good (even tho i was nervous the entire time; she managed to calm my nerves) and the man that dealt with the sedation I want to say “best” he was awsome! “I traveled to this hospital from Ottawa for a day surgery. The staff is phenomenal! They individually introduced themselves, explained their role, and asked if I had any questions. Very relaxing and welcoming place, especially when you're away from home.”
