Renewed Wellness cannot guarantee direct billing at every appointment due to unforeseen issues with individual benefit plans and submission portals. The amount of the visit is ultimately the responsibility of the patient. If we are direct billing on your behalf, we require a credit card on file in case of unforeseen complications with your insurance company.
