“Kim Tenham was very pleasant and helpful. She is also a compassionate person and will listen to your concerns. She reviewed the exercises with me that I have to do for my lymphedema since my cancer treatment and patiently answered my questions. She recommended a physiotherapist specializing in lymphatic drainage that I could see for further assistance as well. I would definitely recommend her as a massage therapist.”

You have properly diagnosed physical changes and you have been able to improve my quality of life despite an irreversible spinal deterioration. I cannot thank you enough. I had the pleasure of several massages with Kim. I also had a lymph drainage and I also brought and out of town friend for the same. We were both extremely pleased with the gentle approach and excellent results. Kim is a kind and gentle practitioner. “I've broken my foot a few month ago. I'm very happy with my decision to go to Renewal Physiotherapy. I feel that the place really cares about me. If I need a few extra minutes no one is shuving me out the door. This place is really about helping ppl and has a family vibe to it. Really reminds me of the small town clinic I had in town where I grew up, and I have to compliment the great Jazz music 🎷 that is just great and up lifting! Extremely recommended.”

“TLDR: Yaara and the team are amazing and I can't recommend them enough, they are first people with heart and empathy and secondly a clinic. Full review: I've been diagnosed with rare case and have been working with her for almost two years now at a 2~ times a week basis. So I think it's fair to say I know the place well. Yaara is not just a physiotherapist, she is a friend, she is a mentor, she's an angel (and sometimes evil) She is a person that will go above and beyond for you and she is the person you want on your side when things get though, and if you're looking into a physiotherapist, things are probably not the greatest. She is not only super talented, but she is smart and genuinely curious about her field, she is always learning something new, or teaching others how to be good at what they do. Also she works way harder than she should but I think that's a lost cause. In conclusion, you won't find anywhere better and I seriously cannot recommend the place enough.”
