“Kudos to Renew Physio and particularly Jamin who is helping me through my rehab journey following hip replacement surgery. This clinic truly does give you one on one time with the physio rather than passing you off to an assistant after 5 minutes (which was my experience at another well known physio clinic). Jamin was so encouraging and motivating that it made it easy to do the exercises provided, which were tailored to my needs. I highly recommend this clinic for all your physio rehab.”Read moreShow less

“From top to bottom, I've had only excellent experiences with this clinic. The staff at the front are friendly and efficient. My physiotherapist Jamin strikes an impressive balance of strength in communication, clinical skills, practicality, and an easy to get along with personality. At Renew, your physiotherapist appointment will actually be spent with a physiotherapist essentially the whole time. There are no 5 minute assessments followed by 25 minutes of independent exercising while they see other patients or do paperwork. Instead, your PT can spend the full appointment on whatever will benefit you most - whether that's extended hands on assessments, PT provided treatment, actively coached and guided exercises, or perhaps most importantly, communication and encouragement on what does/doesn't work and how they can optimize your care to give you the best chance of success. Icing on the cake is that in our tech driven connected world, their website and practitioner specific online booking system might be the best I've ever used. Obviously easy to read and operate, but also including tons of convenience in electronic intake forms, uploaded health insurance information, appointment histories, multiple (optional) reminder notifications, online receipts, and personal calendar integration. All of that, yet they somehow continue to charge the (shockingly stagnant) industry standard pricing per session. Oh, and they do WCB too. I can only hope they're able to maintain this top notch quality of care in the long term. I consider myself fortunate in my misfortune to have found Renew physio, and will undoubtedly be returning for my future physio needs.”Read moreShow less

“I have been going to Renew Physiotherapy for about 6 months. I have been seeing Mike Ellis for lower back and knee issues and I have seen so much improvement. Because of the treatment I have received and the hard work I do at home we even stopped a potentially painful flare up in my lower back. The facility is not huge so it feels more personal, and from the moment you walk in you feel welcome and safe. They offer a variety of treatment options that are tailored for your specific needs. For someone with anxiety never once have I felt anxious.”Read moreShow less

“Matt is great. After seeing doctors and a different therapist, Matt was about to help with my foot when know one else could. He did research to figure out the issue and text follow ups to see how my foot is doing. I have a new therapist! Thank you Matt!”

“Matt is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I suffered a mini stroke a year ago with persistent balance, dizziness, stamina, and strength issues. He tailored a treatment plan that was extremely effective and significantly improved my symptoms. All the staff, including reception, are very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, warm, and genuine. I feel very cared for, seen, and heard. I have quite a few family members that have used Renew Physiotherapy services for a wide array of issues, and without exception, all have had the same quality experience and recovery. I highly recommend.”Read moreShow less

“Mike at Renew Physiotherapy has provided excellent care to my husband and myself. We have especially appreciated his caring and easily approachable manner as he helped prepare my husband for a hip replacement and myself with preventative care as I age. I was apprehensive to start a strength program because of my lack of abilities, but he made me feel extremely comfortable as I gradually built up my strength. His deep knowledge, patience and compassionate personality have been invaluable to us. I wholeheartedly recommend Mike to anyone in need of a Physiotherapist.”Read moreShow less

“Matt has been my "go-to" Physiotherapist for many years. He is incredibly knowledgeable. Mike has also helped me for rehabilitation and his skills and personality are top notch. My husband has had great results with Jamin as well. The feel in the clinic is fantastic - get the job done well, but have fun and use humour when you can. I love that I feel 100% comfortable referring friends or family here (especially older adults!) because you know they are going to get quality therapy and the one-on-one attention necessary to improve. Thanks Renew team!”Read moreShow less

“I had my first visit at Renew Physiotherapy and Exercise today. I was very pleased with my therapist Mike Ellis who was awesome and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated all of the explanations that he gave me while assessing my condition and was very impressed with how quickly he was able to determine my particular problem. It made total sense when he explained things to me. We went over several exercises that I need to do in order to help my body heal. I was so happy to get the exercises as my physician told me if I didn’t get any exercises that I should check around for a new physiotherapist!! He was upfront in telling me that it will not be a quick fix; however, in time things will improve. I feel very encouraged after years of discomfort and pain.”Read moreShow less
