“Catherine at Renew is Amazing!! She's very compassionate, and pays attention to the details. She will put a personal plan together that is just for you. She also has her license to do acupuncture, and I must say I was doubtful of it at first but am now a believer. Elaine at the front desk is also very welcoming and friendly. “I had problems with my left shoulder for about 8 months. Constant pain day and night. Finally I took my wife’s advice to see renew therapy. “As she is aging, my wife Lynn has been experiencing various painful injuries.. shoulder, knees, hip.. and has learned to contact Catharine at Renew Physiotherapy for treatment and advice. The staff are caring and knowledgeable and offer laser and acupuncture therapy. It’s comforting to know that we elderly folk need not just put up with pain and depend on painkillers, but we can actively take part in treatment to alleviate the pain.
