Great place to get lab work done. The ladies are super friendly caring quick and efficient.

When finding a doctor feels impossible the ambulatory clinic is a great resource for our non urgent healthcare needs. Thanks for taking care of our entire family with sore throats.

I attended this clinic for a gastrointestinal scope and I was waiting for 2 hours before it was my turn. They had patients showing up until 230 and I watched as they all were gone and in and out before it was my turn. I am so frustrated. I had a 10 month old son in the car with my mom, they expected an hour to an hour and a half. That’s what the nurse Chris said upon admitting. However. 3pm came. My son had been in the car since 1pm. Went to the red apple. Then just over being in the car. My mom took half of days work off for this and she could have worked until 2 if we had know. That is 2 hours of work she missed out on and that’s only because someone couldn’t have been bothered to look and see that my appointment was a gastro and not a colonoscopy. And inform me I have to wait till everyone’s done with their colonoscopy. Before I can have my scope done. I am beyond frustrated. To top it off, I wasn’t fully sedated yet when they started the scope I explicitly remember them putting it in and me freaking out and moving my arms. My shoulders, neck and upper back are extremely sore now that I’m 100% off the sedation. I told the nurse Chris I needed extra epidural, extra numbing extra anesthetic for my surgery. NO ONE TOOK IT SERIOUSLY OR TOLD ANYONE ANYTHING. Look at my profile. I have horrendous reviews and experiences from other health care clinics, funded by AHS. There is a complaint made but unfortunately, there will be MONTHS. Before any resolution because our healthcare system is in shambles

Came in for a note witch would take 2 mins and they say first come first serve but I've been waiting for over an hour. 2 hours now. They called me back just to make me wait another hour " next room the opens we will call you " I've seen 3 people walk out ! , plus the doctor was an hour late coming in . This is getting sad

Also, waiting to see the doctor at the walk-in clinic. Apparently patients that know the nurse are been seen before everyone else that checked in sooner. I got here just after 6pm, someone came in at 7pm with his son, he was checked in, and was brought back right away to see the doctor. Way to play favorites! Absoluteley Ridiculous! Dr. Steed needs to be on time that would also help

I recently went to the walk-in times requesting a doctor's referral for an X-ray and an MRI for my lower back. The nurse was understanding and patient as I described the occurrence that had occured of my injury. And one was patient enough to allow me to explain what had happened, what I'm currently doing to attend to the injured area, and was polite. Dr.Steed, who was the medical doctor for the day, came in and right from the start was interruptive of me while I was trying to explain what had happened and what was going on with my injury. I even said that I was trying to explain, as he wouldn't allow me to say a full sentence until he noticed I was starting to get irritated. As the session continued, I requested an MRI because in the past, I've had acute injuries in my lower back, yet never to this extent. All he wanted to do was to prescribe me pills, tell me that this would heal in time, but I could not take the word of what he was saying, and I was being interrupted, and as this was stressing me, the pain escalated even more. He just wanted me to get out of there and not bother with me. This kind of medical negligence is unacceptable to doctors who don't take people seriously, only push for pills, and don't allow the people to even have what they want to see what is going on with their bodies. I did get the order for an MRI and the X-ray at the end, but it was easy to see that he did not have any interest in wanting to provide medical services for me. I'm disgusted with the medical support that southern Alberta has.

Saw a doctor very quickly, was able to get an IV for fluids after not being able to eat or drink for days. They also gave me some medicine to help with my stomach. Feel so much better today. I've also taken my son here a few times and I've always had a good experience! Thank you.

I drove out to the Coaldale Health Centre twice now from lethbridge. Both times I didn't have to wait more than 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor. The nurses were very nice and Dr. Low was honestly a God send. He listened to my concerns and helped me in a timely fashion. He truly cares about the patients well-being and is very down to earth. If you don't want to wait more than 3hrs in Lethbridge, I recommend taking the quick drive out to Coaldale. It's well worth it.

Recently visited this healthcare centre and I’m totally impressed with the service. It’s a walk in clinic with many other facilities. I went with my two years old and waited for 1-2 hours for my number. There is a number system, if you go early(before 5.30pm) then I’m sure you will get the early number. Center is pretty clean and staff is very polite and helpful. Spacious center and big waiting area. Ample of parking spots available. I really like how they put their historic journey and appreciate all staff members by creating a memory wall. Definitely it’s a great option if your family doctor is busy and doesn’t have available appointments. Doctor was pretty cool and easy to talk with. Definitely recommended👍🏻

Obtaining an emergency appointment was hassle-free for me, and the facility is situated in a quieter locality. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the experience all the more pleasant.
