“I highly recommend Renaissance Dental Centre. Their staff are highly skilled professional and friendly. At seventy years old, my teeth definitely showed their age. I was constently embarrassed with my smile. From my first appointment at Renaissance they continued to addressed my dental needs. I've had major dental work from implants teeth repair and cleaning. I says it's like magic never once have I experienced any pain. Now I smile with confidence. I believe I could not have found a better dental centre for my required needs. “The dentist is not a place you expect to have fun at. Renaissance Dental is the exception! Procedures are not always pleasant to have but the staff here make it a lot easier. You are a person here not a number. Time is taken to answer your questions and everything is done with knowledge, skill, laughter and kindness. “Incredibly disorganized office. I tried to book a new appointment, they insisted I come as soon as possible and then sent a bunch of forms. They then warned me I would be paying for xrays (that insurance wouldn't cover because I have had them done recently so they are also not necessary) because I didn't do the release of information form. (keep in mind I had to take about 5 phone calls in the middle of a work day from them to adjust the time of the appointment and clarify all the mistaken emails they sent me because they couldn't keep their schedule in line, so I just did not have a chance to track down the old dental office information yet). Holy... get an online portal or something. I shouldn't need to lose multiple hours of work to just book an appointment. I didn't even make it in the front door. Too bad, it is in a convenient location. If only they had their ducks in a row. They might be good dentist but I will never find out because their booking process and team are too chaotic for me.”Read moreShow less
