“I had tried a physical therapist/chiropractor for sciatica pain and exercises for 12 days and nothing worked to help with the pain, numbness, and shooting pain down my leg until Ashley worked on me for an hour and it was a HUGE difference. Very professional and it helped tremendously!”

“The massage was fine nothing spectacular but it seemed to mostly be a 60 minute sales pitch on this guy’s essential oils. The magic spinning string on my chakra saying I need essential oils was the cherry on the top.”

I've had a massage by Nancy as well as Heather and have enjoyed both. They ask what areas you have issues with and target those areas. Thank you for helping this mama enjoy her self-care”
