“After weeks of, admittedly, not taking good care of myself (stretching), I pulled a back muscle and had to leave work early for fear of really doing some long lasting damage. Reko accommodated me quickly and didn't just reduce the pain of the strained muscles, as I naturally expected, but traced my imbalanced back muscles to a tense muscle in my hip! He worked at it calmly and skillfully, and with its release, I felt my entire body fill with energy as if it was gasping for air after being underwater.
