“Dedicated and extremely knowledgeable. Taylor’s communication with me from my first call seeking treatment right through the end of my shoulder issue was seamless. He diagnosed the issue and oversaw a regiment of designed treatment exercises like a coach over the prescribed timeframe. “About 6 months ago I hobbled into Taylor’s office with a sore back and shoulder. Taylor was extremely helpful in terms of identifying the problem, educating me on what was needed to improve the situation and coming up with a plan for us to execute. Importantly, visits with Taylor kept me accountable and caused me to work hard to address the underlying problem. “Taylor provided a very helpful kinesiology based workout for my husband’s significant back and shoulder pain due to degenerative changes. The personalized program was developed after a detailed assessment. The small group exercise program Taylor runs also offered a strong cardio workout. Taylor always responds quickly to email inquiries and is very knowledgeable and approachable. He was also able to adapt his training to my husband’s memory loss. “I was referred to Taylor by my Physiotherapist in September 2022. I was involved in a bad motorcycle accident and was suffering from nerve pain, muscle strength imbalance, and limited mobility on my left shoulder. When we first started I was unable to carry even a 5lb weight without pain. I was unable to lift my arms greater than 90 degrees to my sides. We started with the basics, working on mobility and form using resistance bands and light weights. Taylor was extremely patient and showed me exercises for shoulder mobility. He kept things interesting and fun incorporating virtual reality and boxing in our weekly sessions. With consistent sessions I began to see a great improvement in my mobility and strength. I went from being unable to carry 5lbs to carrying 30lbs per hand. My mobility has improved dramatically to full range of motion. Taylor has been instrumental in my recovery. “I had several excellent individual sessions with Taylor to address my particular needs. The sessions were excellent. Taylor assessed my level quickly and moved me into specific strengthening and stretching exercises. He put up a program online for me to follow at home. After each session, he updated the program as I progressed. I use Taylor’s warm-up video daily and follow his personalized routines 1-3 times/ week. I highly recommend Taylor to anyone who needs personalized instruction. He is knowledgeable, practical, efficient, personable and affordable.
