“I recently took treatment in this place for Tennis elbow. I was so much in pain . Sandra Kapoor, the Physiotherapist was emphatic , professional and provided me with correct treatment for my injury. “My father was a patient here and I helped him through the process. They kept calling me asking for forms that had already been filled out. Then they said “okay no problem, we found it,” only to call again later about the exact same forms. They also book appointments and confirm them multiple times, even after being told reminders were not needed, then cancel last minute. Overall, the communication and organization were very frustrating. My father was a client here and after helping coordinate everything, I would not recommend this place.
