I've met a lot of people in this industry, and one thing that really stands out about you is how much you genuinely care about the people who come through your doors. You're always so considerate, and you never make anyone feel like they're just another client. Whenever someone has feedback or brings up an issue, you actually take the time to listen, understand where they're coming from, and make changes if you think it will improve their experience. That says a lot about the kind of person you are. It is obvious that your goal is to make sure everyone leaves feeling heard, cared for, and genuinely happy with the care they received. I also have to mention Enrico because he is honestly the best RMT I have ever been to. He is incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and easy to talk to. He takes the time to understand what is going on, listens carefully, and always makes you feel comfortable. He is also someone who values feedback and is always looking for ways to improve so every visit is even better than the last. You have built an amazing team and it really shows. The atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you walk in, and it is clear that everyone genuinely cares about helping people feel their best. Thank you both for everything you do. “Followed mg favourite massage therapist (Enrico) here. The team is very accommodating and friendly while I was waiting they offered me coffee and tea and they have slippers for you to change into. Rahim got me interested in Oxygeno facials which I was able go try today Ivanna was fantastic at this. I felt The immediate effects as my skin is very sensitive, dry, eczema, rosacea you name it I probably have it. Anyways, my skin really soaked it all in and looks and most importantly feels amazing. Not only that but, they focus on good quality products that have more natural ingredients and is always looking for better products for their clients. Needless to say I recommend booking with my fave massage therapist here and trying out the products and treatments here.”

They went through my history and tailored my IV drip with Vitamin C and B12 based on what I actually needed. That kind of personalization makes all the difference. Space is beautiful, staff is on point, and everything from check-in to the session itself was smooth. I stay pretty dialled into my health and fitness routine so I know when something hits. “My mom had her first ever IPL laser and for myself I got a microneedling treatment here and it was such a great experience! We were a little nervous going in, but Rahim and Ivanna made us feel so comfortable and taken care of from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt relaxed throughout the treatment. I really appreciate that they were not pushy at all — they genuinely care about their clients and want what’s best for your skin and overall experience.
