Vishal helped me recover from a back injury that was stopping me from doing the things I love such as tennis, golf, and pickleball. Thanks to him, I have my life back. He doesn't just give you exercises and sends you on your way. Rather, he genuinely cares about helping you get better and does hands-on treatment such as microneedling, massage, stretching, and heat therapy to really loosen things up.
