“I have been going there for rehab after an orthopedic surgery and my experience so far has been excellent. Chapman is a very smart and kind physiotherapist, and I feel that I am getting better. His explanations are detailed and logical, the homework as well as the exercises I do at the rehab are very doable yet challenging enough for me to feel the progress without feeling stressed or in pain.”

“Finding a physio you actually look forward to seeing is rarer than it should be. Rehab Plus Pilates is exactly that place. I’ve been seen by a few different physios here since May 2025, including Marcus and Hilda, and the standard of care has been consistently excellent. They take the time to really understand your goals (not just your symptoms), and you can feel that they’re genuinely invested in your progress. What quietly impressed me most? Their internal note-sharing system. Every appointment picks up exactly where the last one left off. No repeating your history, no re-explaining yourself. It makes the whole experience feel seamless and personal in a way that’s hard to come by. The vibe of the place matches the quality of the care: warm, welcoming, and full of people who clearly love what they do. One of the best physio and Pilates experiences I’ve had.”

They would focus 100% of the time on my problems and patiently fix my every movement and posture. “I did my initial assessment with Elli, and my follow-up treatments are with Hilda. I came in hoping to fix my anterior pelvic tilt, and they also pointed out other posture issues I didn’t even notice before. After just three sessions, I can already feel my core getting stronger. They’re both super friendly and professional, and I really like how the Pilates reformer exercises help me feel exactly which muscles I’m working on. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve been doing physio Pilates with Natalie for over a year now. I started with chronic lower back pain and with Natalie’s help I was able to do more physical activity with no pain.
