“My experience with Ashdeep Singh as physiotherapist was entirely positive. In our two sessions, he listened to me attentively. He was respectful during his examination of the painful area of my body. Ashdeep gave clear explanations and answered all my questions. He was unfailingly polite. “Shirrae Anderson is a cheerful and knowledgeable practitioner. I selected her as she has special training in “Bone-Fit” a program for bone health, after I broke my hip and had a total hip replacement in 2020. She tested my strength, gave information, and designed a customized regime of exercises I could do at home for rehab during COVID lockdown. I recently returned for a retest and additional information as I reboot my fitness routine. She answered all my questions encouraged me to keep working! “I had a great experience at Regina Sports and Physiotherapy Clinic. The team was fantastic, friendly, professional, and very accommodating. They made me feel comfortable and really took the time to help with my recovery. I would definitely recommend them.”

“I've waited a bit to write this review. I am ready now to speak on my experience. My experience may be different than your's due to my injury happening outside of work, and my insurance company was paying the bills. Shirrae and the rest of the team are phenomenal. They listened to my concerns and addressed them as they came up.They let me grow, and find my strength by encouraging me, and being my biggest cheerleaders. I went in with a mindset of getting better and stronger. I tried everyday to go in with a good attitude (occasionally I had to make a mental decision to still go in and get better). I arrived to a clean facility with smiling faces. I went downstairs for my first assessment. A plan was put together for me to begin/continue strengthening my injury. If during any portion I had a concern with how I felt with something, we discussed it, and modified the exercise until I was able to perform it correctly. The one thing I didn't know, was when I was give "x" amount of sessions, the assessments were counted as 1 visit. In closing, the people are great, the facility is great, and if you go in with the right mindset, they will bend over backwards to help your healing and journey. “The only word I have for regina sports center Albert street location(1524 albert st) is outstanding. Amazing amazing amazing. Today it was my first visit at this location and everybody at front was awesome and super polite. Even my therapist though it was my visit but it didnt felt like I was rushed.Jennifer listened to all my issues patiently and even drafted the treatment plan.And i am hopeful that things will work if you have such caring and talented people.
