I was very impressed with this Health Center! I've only been there once to see a podiatrist, but I definitely will go again. They accept OHIP and that is a great bonus. Everything was clean and the staff were very pleasant!

I’ve been going to this clinic since I was 5 years old they have some new doctors and nurses and receptionist and they are very much mean and don’t want to accommodate to other nurses patients when on vacation highly recommend everyone to switch from this place.

Had fast developing strep throat one night and was aware of it so I called for urgent care the morning after to get a prescription for antibiotics. Got referred to the screening nurse who asked if I had a history of strep throat (I said yes, as I did), and described pain in my neck and a swollen lymph node that developed within hours (which my mom also noticed) and made it difficult to swallow. I also made it very clear that it developed the exact same way as the last time I had strep throat and had a cough (from choking on myself). Instead of testing for strep throat, it got dismissed as a cold and was told to do a PCR test, take tylenol for pain, get cough syrup and to come back on Monday (3 days after) if symptoms got worse. It got worse within an hour as I got a fever and began choking more and heaving for air since the swelling grew more and couldn't even swallow my own saliva, and had difficulty breathing. I had to go to a walk in clinic. Gave the screening nurse there only 2 descriptions: a swollen lymph node and neck pain, and she immediately got me a swab test with the doctor there. Came out positive for strep throat and if I went back to Regent Park Community Health Centre after 3 days, the symptoms would have been much more severe. This is extremely disappointing considering that I made it crystal clear what my symptoms were and I got dismissed and told to do a PCR test. Hypothetically, I would have rather gotten a strep A swab test and have it come negative than experience what I did that day.

Im rating this 1 starr. I was there to get a denture done. The guy ( does not deserve the title DR) did't want to help. He did take a look. Here. He came into the room already wearing gloves and saw him touching things out side and used the same gloves to see my teeth. Pretty discustung. He recommended to go see his friend un the west end. I came here because i couldn't afford. It was so obvious that this guy does not really want to support the liw income people. Its just a job for him. Here. After leaving my room i saw him going into the other room with the same gloves. He did not change the gloves. He is a pretty sad practioner.

I had a great experience. As someone who is on a budget, this place is fairly priced, transparent, timely and kind. The staff were friendly and pleasant towards me. I just had a simple cleaning and checkup and didn't break the bank. Plus they emailed me my xrays within 5 minutes of my appointment finishing. Great place for those on a budget!

I called ahead trying to check prices for a cleaning, on the phone i asked and she said it was 80 for a cleaning AND x-rays. when i went in and saw the dentist, who was very professional and knowledgeable, he said it was 200 for the cleaning and 80 for the x rays. the dentist is a good man i told him of my finical hard ship and he only charged me 60 rather than 80. after the x-rays i was told i would need 3 grand in dental bills to fix my teeth, so the recommended me to contact the U of T dentist, and would email me my x-rays so i did'y have to pay for them again. so i made the appointment with U of T, but NEVER GOT THE X-RAYS!!! and it has been 2 weeks!

Staff were very helpful and location was clean. The dental clinic has reduced hours, though. Not open Wednesday or Fridays. Also had a variety of condoms for those who need them at the front.
