“I’d never done acupuncture before, so I went in curious but with no real expectations. The experience with Rowena at Regen was honestly mind-blowing. Her assessment was exceptionally thorough and quickly dialled in on some clear imbalances. The treatment itself included acupuncture with electrical stimulation, followed by cupping and very targeted manual work on my supraspinatus. As a movement and strength coach, I carry a lot of tension through my left shoulder complex, and I’ve tried many different interventions over the years. This was, without question, the most effective treatment I’ve had for it. I noticed meaningful changes immediately and will be going back in two weeks for another round. Highly recommend Rowena to anyone - especially those who are active or deal with persistent movement-related issues.”

Facial acupuncture, microdermabrasion, cupping.. everything I tried so far I loved. So relaxing, and her scalp and neck massage is to die for. I feel like a new person, thank you Rowena!
