“I after 6 weeks in a cast for my broken wrist, this Thursday Jan 22 physio therapist Jay treated my very sore and stiff wrist. It was amazing and there was a bit of pain, as he worked on it but no pain after, i have WAY more movement ..ie not so stiff and painfull. Now i’ll do my stretches and ball squeezes JAY showed how to do. Thankyou Regain is a great name, Ive regained my hope for full recovery as i do my rehab work.”
