The first time I came here, I had a great experience. My massage therapist did an excellent job, the pressure was deep (which is exactly what I was looking for), and my shoulder felt significantly relieved afterward. However, when I returned two days later with my husband, the experience was completely different and not comparable to my first visit. First, we were placed in the same room. I was fine with that initially, but once the massage started, the problems became obvious. The room was too small for two therapists to work comfortably at the same time. Because of the limited space, I could constantly hear their footsteps as they moved around the room trying to perform the massages. There was barely enough room for my therapist to move freely around the table, which affected the overall experience. Second, the massage table I was assigned this time was much smaller than the one I had during my first appointment. My arm was almost hanging off the side, so I had to be careful throughout the massage, making it difficult to fully relax. The face cradle was also uncomfortable. On top of that, the table seemed uneven and creaked loudly every time the therapist applied pressure, sounding like an old door. The constant noise was distracting and took away from the relaxing atmosphere I expected. Finally, the massage itself was not nearly as good as my first visit. Even though I specifically requested the same treatment as before, it felt like the therapist was simply applying oil and lightly touching my body rather than providing the deep-pressure massage I had previously received. She also left excess oil on my legs instead of wiping it off afterward as was done during my first appointment. Overall, I was disappointed because the quality of the experience felt significantly downgraded from my first visit. My initial appointment was so good that it made me want to come back and bring my husband, but unfortunately, our second visit did not meet the same standard.

The experience was very relaxing and revitalizing for me. Sherma made me feel so comfortable. She explained what she was doing and what I should feel. She was friendly and welcoming and I absolutely loved my experience with the services provided.

It's a beautiful clinic, very friendly staff, but unfortunately the massage was really underwhelming and not professional at all. To start, the masseuse didn't know what I was here for. I told her I booked a 60 minute full body massage + a 30 minute face massage. She left me in the room to go and confirm that with the front desk, which was a little weird. When the masseuse asked me what I was looking for, I told her that I'm looking for a relaxing massage with medium pressure, and I assured her that I would let her know if I wanted the pressure adjusted. The full body massage was VERY fast and she was jumping all over the place; my neck, then my low back, then my arm, my neck, my arm again, my low back, now the other arm, the hand, back to the neck ... Very disorganized, very fast and not relaxing. I also noticed that she would do completely different things between each side. It seemed like she was forgetting what she did on one side, and would improvise on the other side, but in the process would miss whole body parts. She did one of my hands, but not the other. She did one of my shoulders, and not the other. She did a leg stretch on one side, but not the other. Very imbalanced. For the face massage, she literally just was petting my face up and down, no change to technique, area of the face or pressure, for a full 20 minutes ... At some point, you gotta wonder if they're getting bored?! I know I was ... Super disappointing experience. She also stopped massaging me at one point to take candy out of her pocket and eat it. ??? I still thanked her for her time and left her a tip because that seemed like the polite thing to do, but I definitely can't recommend that anyone get a message here. Really strange experience.

First time coming and will be returning. I recommend coming about 10 min early to fill out a form. There was a bit of waiting at the beginning but I appreciate that it didn’t cut the appointment time. Alex was professional and thorough. I also like that they wipe you down with a hot towel so you don’t leave all oily. Thank you!

I called to book an appointment for a RMT massage as I couldn't book online with a giftcard I had recieved and so they booked me over the phone. After the massage was done and I go to pay, not only do they tell me they don't take gift cards for RMT massage, but the gift card is valid for $70-80 although it is clearly written $250 so I had to pay out of pocket. No apologies, no alternative solution, just told that I could use that gift card towards a non RMT another time for upto $80. The massage itself was mediocre as well, and the foot massage was barely done. Also no invoice provided to submit to insurance Overall a disappointing experience.

Very bad experience with the masseuses. They force people to tip them extra (on top of what you pay for the service already). I think they aren’t paid well to do the job properly so they look to squeeze the customer that visit them for good massage. On top of everything, the sheets were dirty and I was getting constant noise from outside visitors. Will not return and will not recommend.

Went in for a 60 minute massage. Had an excellent experience with Sherma. I don’t go for many massages but She was very professional. Very strong hands and really focused on my tight areas. Left feeling really relaxed. Highly recommend - She is experienced and makes sure we are comfortable. I will be back again

Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve become a regular ever since my first visit, and every experience has been consistently wonderful. The staff are warm, respectful, and always make me feel right at home. They go out of their way to accommodate you and ensure you’re comfortable throughout your visit. What I truly appreciate is that the service you book is exactly what you receive—no shortcuts, just quality care from start to finish. I’ve tried both their deep tissue and relaxation massages, and both were exceptional. Despite being quite sensitive, the deep tissue massage left me feeling relaxed, not sore. I’m genuinely so happy I found this place, and I’ll definitely be bringing my family and in-laws here. Amazing people, amazing service!
