“Andrea and Emilie are my dream team. Being able to schedule two excellent practitioners back to back as a busy mom, 21 months post partum and a working professional is so helpful. Side note — Today I had to bring my son with me and the way he felt welcomed by Steph, Andrea and Emilie was unmatched. He now wants to come with me to all my appointments. “I had my first visit at Refine in Ottawa with Dr. Megan O’Neill and I’m honestly so impressed. The space itself is stunning! Such a calming, beautifully designed environment that immediately puts you at ease. Dr. O’Neill was incredibly thorough and took the time to really listen and explain everything. She has such a calm, personable approach that made the whole experience feel comfortable and unrushed. I’m already feeling a noticeable difference, my neck and jaw feel better after just one visit! “Great massage therapy experience. The therapist was professional, welcoming, and took the time to understand what areas needed attention. The pressure was just right, and the session felt personalized rather than rushed. I left feeling much more relaxed and noticeably less tense. “I can’t recommend Holly and Meg at Refine enough! They’re both amazing when it comes to treating and helping prevent sport injuries. During each treatment, Holly gets to the root of the problem and tailors each appointment to what your body actually needs. Her treatments are effective but still super relaxing — and the bonus facial she offers is such a nice extra touch for some more self care. Meg is just as great. She’s thorough, knowledgeable, and focuses on improving mobility while helping prevent future injuries. You can tell she really understands how to support active people and get them back to feeling their best. Such a great team and such a positive experience every time. Marie Claire Henry is an outstanding osteopath — she took the time to really listen, explained everything clearly, and tailored the treatment specifically to my needs. I felt genuinely cared for, and the results spoke for themselves. I left feeling more balanced, mobile, and confident in my recovery plan. I have also seen have seen Holly Drake for a massage, and it was fantastic. She was professional, attentive, and immediately put me at ease.
