“Chris talked with me about my goals for the session and worked out a custom massage working on my tight neck and shoulders. He kept checking in to make sure that the pressure wasn’t too much, and warned that I might be sore the next day. I was, but in a good way. He sent me home with follow up instructions for stretching and self-care. The business has a nice, calming office in a central location.”
