“La Toshia is AMAZING! I've been sick for many years and recently learned about fascia and the lymph system and how important it is for healing. I have a lot of pain and suspected it was because of tight fascia and I was right. La Toshia explained to me what was happening in my body and how tight fascia was keeping lymph from flowing. It was really helpful to hear and understand what is happening in my body. She is very caring, non judgemental, and knowledgable. She provided a very private and relaxing environment. “Hands down, the best massage I have ever had. La Toshia is a wealth of knowledge and took the time to educate and inform me of the 'why' behind everything she did. I am a hairstylist who has stood for the last 20 years (which takes a toll on your body). I also work out regularly and had so many areas that needed work that I was unaware of. Two days later, I was able to stretch deeper and without discomfort. I will be seeing her regularly and am more than happy to invest in her and my overall wellbeing.
