“My husband and I had a couples massage at Red Earth and really enjoyed the service. The therapists were fantastic. However, we found the rate to be overpriced as the facilities are outdated and did not provide much in the way of amenities. The hot pools are shared with hotel guests where children were splashing and screaming, and the refreshments consist of apples, tea, and prepackaged granola bars. “This was a perfect addition to our trip- my sis and I got manicures, pedicures (by Sylvia) and massages (by Katherine) to make a full day of relaxation. Best to book ahead of course! But they managed to squeeze us in. Sylvia did a great job with relaxing manicures and pedicures- my feet felt brand new after it! And Katherine made me feel an inch taller after her massage. Overall great experience and we really appreciated them accommodating our scent allergy so we plan to be back! “hot tub was dirty. full of piles of foam and a quick google search tells you that the water chemistry is not ideal, and it’s a buildup of dead skin, peoples lotions/hair products etc and that the water has not been cleaned in a while. YUCK. service was kinda weird and completely silent with just a bathroom fan going. no relaxing sounds or spa music. i was freezing cold the entire time as well. i won’t be coming back.”Read moreShow less

“I had an amazing experience here! The rock massage was incredibly relaxing and professional my muscles felt so much better afterward. The pool and sauna were also a huge bonus. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. The whole environment was calm and welcoming, with friendly staff and a fresh, inviting vibe. I left feeling refreshed and completely recharged. “I booked Red Earth Spa's couple massage for our anniversary. The ambience was nice and the ladies at the front greeted us with smiles. Our masseuses did a good job and we came out feeling relaxed. Part of the spa experience we were planning to enjoy the hot pool, sauna, exercise room but unfortunately it was unavailable due to maintenance. Wish they told us about this when we booked yesterday as the pictures looked great and was part of the reason we wanted to try Red Earth Spa. Took a look at the hot pool and looked like no maintenance work is being done on it so don't know when it'll be available for future spa guests. Got charged the spa massage price because it's in a spa but really got a massage without the spa facility use. Only one shower in the men's locker room and found out the body wash dispenser was empty on a Tuesday which is a quiet day. Wished we had a better experience or at least notified about the lack of facility use that was advertised included.”Read moreShow less

“If your after a secluded tranquil time-out spa treatment while your in Banff, then Red Earth Spa is the place to go. Decent prices, friendly staff and all the amenities to utilise while you have your treatment. My husband and I each had a foot massage which was super lovely and a nice way to finish off a day of walking around during the summer heat in Banff. We were lucky enough to walk straight in and get an appointment however this isn’t usual so I would recommend making a booking so you don’t miss out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”Read moreShow less
