Ryan and the crew at Recharge on Arlington are fantastic. I came in with significant lower back pain, and their expertise got me back to 100%. I highly recommend booking a session with them!

Suffer from a shoulder injury waiting to see a surgeon and ended up dislocating my shoulder during a mammogram appointment. My husband called to see if they had availability to take me in. Appointment was made for same day as dislocation for a 60 minute massage. My massage therapist was Kim and she was amazing. She walked me through what she was going to do, warned me I will be sore and may have bruising or bruise like feeling. She is amazing Always making sure I was comfortable and the pressure was ok. There was some hiccups with direct billing but no big deal. When I came out there POS machine was down and I was not able to pay by card. Again no big deal they asked me to e-transfer them when I got home. I thought this was very kind of them. I got home and immediately e-transferred them. Now just waiting for receipt so I can submit to insurance company myself. Defiantly would attend this clinic again. Look forward to booking again with Kim.

Late this spring, I noticed my shoulder / back / neck was starting to give me greef. I believed it to be a gym injury. Trained through it anyway, thinking it would go away eventually. With the addition of running outside and golfing, it got to the point that I couldn't do anything and was constantly in pain and uncomfortable. Never felt this way before. Realizing it got worse and not better, I saught help through massage therapy. After a few deep tissue sessions, my therapist suggested I see the in-house chiropractor (never seen one before) for a better assessment. After x-rays, and a physical assessment the chiropractor concluded, that my pain came from arthritis in my neck, and wanted me to come in for adjustments, 3 times a week, for 6 weeks, and monthly after for life... I left there in utter shock, feeling fragile and weak. It really hit me hard mentally. After a few days of feeling sorry for myself, I decided not to commit to the suggested treatment. I went to see my doctor, who was skeptical of the suggested diagnosis and, in his profession opinion, thought I pulled or sprained a muscle or tendon. He told me he thought it was inflammation and gave me scrip for strong anti-inflammatory pills. I did feel better mentally after talking to my Dr., however when my medication ran out, I really didn't feel any better. Less pain, but just as uncomfortable and tight. Having seen an athletic therapist years ago, I decided to call the local Recharge Sports Therapy in my neighborhood. After speaking with Ryan, he thought my injury was likely a gym injury, aggravated by golf, based on a physical evaluation of injury and my detailed account of the previous few months. Ryan educated me on why he thought that and walked me through a plan to get me back to where I wanted to be. It included treatment, strengthening, and prevention. "I've seen this before." He was friendly, professional and had some good references. I had nothing to lose and trusted the common sense approach given by Mr. Singh. After a few sessions, I felt like I was trending in the right direction and on the mend. I once again had hope, restored faith in myself, and was patient.. "1% better every day." I am here today to say that Ryan was right and I am back to 100%. I am so appreciative of what Ryan did for me. I'm back in the gym, running, and still suck at golf, but I'm back to full send. The worst part of feeling great is not having to see my boy, but I know I have somewhere else to turn if or when the time comes. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Injured or have an existing injury? Choose Ryan and his team at Recharge Sports Therapy to take care of you. I had my first sports related injury earlier this year (mid-foot sprain). With consistent appointments and trust in the process, I was assessed and completed treatment in just 3 short months. During my treatment, Ryan walked through each stage of my treatment confidently, and helped me navigate and continue my active lifestyle. I safely ran a 10k, danced in a tap recital, continued lifting weights and more with my injury. While limited to certain activities, I was so impressed with how limitless I felt throughout the worst/painful moments of being injured. Ryan's staff at Recharge are also some of the most friendly, trusting and knowledgeable individuals to interact with while going through treatment. I felt safe and comfortable with all of Recharge's staff -- specifically Miguel and Carter were wonderful! I am grateful to have had the best and most positive experience being injured. Can't stress enough how great Recharge is!
