“I don’t usually leave reviews as I like to mind my business but this place was a mess! Toys were missing pieces or broken. The whole place just looks like it’s in need of repair, foam pieces are coming off the wall, half the Christmas lights they use inside don’t even work, pieces of floor tiles are separated in the area where kids play. I brought my niece to the toddler play so it was a bit safer and there were still various older kids being even more rough then the rest of the play areas. There’s even what looks like an unfinished construction project in the back corner with sharp pieces of plywood that kids can cut them selves on. Coffee I had to wait 15 minutes to be made for one coffee in which I had to put my own milk and sugar in myself and there was one seat in the cafe for “seating”. I’d love to vote more stars because the idea behind this place seems brilliant, but the way it’s portrayed is honestly really run down and not very physically appealing.”

“Not a good experience personally as they run summer camps at the same time as walk ins. It was chaotic, smelly and hot. The kids were not friendly and my son was shoved and grabbed while parents did nothing. Not worth the price sadly. Toddler area is also in complete disarray.”

“Intentionally educational, no sensory destroying arcade or claw games. Amazing play area. Ridiculously good coffee, they have barista equipment. Friendly staff. Autism friendly. Highly recommended”

“Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. As a children’s play area, we expected a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment, but the space felt neglected. Many of the toys were broken or missing pieces, which made them less enjoyable and potentially unsafe for kids. We were also surprised to see a refrigerator placed directly in the play area, which raises safety concerns in a space meant for children. Overall, the environment did not meet basic expectations.”

“This place is super cute! Very clean, and staff are very nice! Lots of fun engaging toys, playground, and rock climbing for the kids to have fun for hours. My kiddos love coming here! They have a cute cafe with snacks and drinks at a reasonable price too! Their birthday party packages are very affordable. I love that their staff when hosting are super accommodating and very helpful when needed. Definitely recommend!”

“The price is practically extortionary, but I get to sit here and read a book while my toddler runs rampant and doesn't ruin MY house so I'm happy to pay it. Lots to keep him occupied for a few hours before nap time. I haven't used any cafe or other features, so I can't speak on that.”

“What an amazing, and much needed concept! My son had an absolute blast. You can see how mission-driven this place is. They truly want parents to have a break and recharge and you can tell from their business model and offerings that they are really doing what they can towards this. The only reason for knocking off a star is that I wish the place was just a little more aesthetic and kept up a little better. It feels a little run down and sticky which makes it hard to get in the zone and relax. I personally would enjoy something a little bit "nicer." I understand that this would increase prices and fewer families would get to enjoy. So I appreciate that they are keeping things accessible and affordable.”

“Amazing Recharge & Work experience! I brought my 2 year old in on her PD DAY. There was an amazing ECE who watched her for 3 hours as I did work in the lobby and enjoyed my coffee. All for only $40. Best deal in town. My daughter loved her time and did not want to leave. This is our second time and we will certainly be returning! Keep up the great work team! Impressive variety of toys for babies and young kids! Comfy for parents too.”
