“I Had 2 one hr sessions for RMT which included cupping. 1st one with Josh and 2nd one with Sarah both RMTS ware very knowledgeable and helped me with my pain relief. Sarah went out of her way and demonstrated additional stretches to practice at home to prevent leg and back stiffness. “Visited Rebel for the first time today. Was met by the office manager Kelsey. She was the sweetest. She was very informative and knew exactly what I wanted. Next I met with my massage therapist Sarah. She understood what my wants and needs were and even included Kelsey to make sure we were all on the same page. “I cannot recommend Rebecka enough! She is incredibly intuitive and could immediately tell exactly which areas were tight and needed the most attention. I'm not used to massages, and was worried I would feel uncomfortable, but she put me at ease with her positive attitude and kindness. I’ve been dealing with consistent hip pain throughout my pregnancy, and after just one session, I felt so much better. She truly made me feel normal again. “I have flipped between massage therapists for a while as I find my concerns arent often taken seriously... I am a flipper no longer. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I felt a genuine difference in my mobility and tension in my shoulder after our first session. I have already rebooked!
