“I had an amazing experience with Sam Bochke at Rebalance Mind and Body and I’m genuinely impressed with his trigger point pressure work. He truly has healing hands and is precise and effective. After just one session, a lot of the tension from my rotator cuff injury disappeared. I was able to lift my arm with about 30% less pain, which is a huge deal for me. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and takes his work seriously. If you’re dealing with injuries or chronic tension, I highly recommend seeing Sam. He’s a pro.”

“Sam was awesome Very knowledgeable and professional. I came in to see him with pain in my forearms and shoulders. He worked on the trigger points and was able to release them. My only disappointment was I only booked an hour with him, Honestly I will book an 2 hour appointment next time. If one hour helped me that much I can only imagine how good I'd feel if he had 2 hrs to work on me 🤯 If your looking for a great RMT that is more of a combination of physiotherapist / acupressureist / muscle guru Sam's your guy”
