“I decided to leave this clinic due to ongoing issues with unclear treatment plans and poor communication. Dr. Vidmar provided handwritten plans that often lacked key details such as dosages, timing, or instructions, which meant I had to follow up repeatedly with the clinic just to understand how to take what was recommended. Communication was consistently slow. For a time-sensitive health concern, I often waited days and had to send multiple follow-ups to receive basic information. When I raised concerns about the urgency, I was told they would respond when they could because all patients are important, which felt dismissive. Most concerning, one of Dr. Vidmar's recommendations was later identified by several other NDs as not best practice and potentially harmful. Clear instructions, timely communication, and safe care are essential. This clinic didn’t meet those standards for me.”Read moreShow less

“Dr.Jen has been excellent. After a lot of health problems I finally have someone that understands and listens. Also their expectations for a recovery treatment are reasonable. I don't have to change my every routine. Definitely worth a visit to hear what they have to say! Update***** Still my favourite place to go for getting results with my health! “My digestive issues are gone!! I had my first appointment with Dr. Victoria in late August. She was very thorough and listened to all of my health/wellness concerns while taking notes about everything I was saying. She also provided a sympathetic ear to the long journey I've been on. By the end of the session, we had co-created a plan to pinpoint what exactly was going on with me and get me on a better path. After trying/changing a few things, we found some pieces to the puzzle. After each session, she sends a summary of any new supports that we decided to implement or any main points that she wants to make note of. I appreciate this as it helps me keep track of everything. I had my most recent appointment in late October and can honestly say that the digestive issues that have been causing me pain and discomfort for YEARS are gone! After only a couple of months!
