“Thankful for Lindsey and Ashley who have been working to help me with my back injury through chiro and pelvic physio. Lindsey recommended I add pelvic physio with Ashley to my care plan and the combination of both treatments has been great! “Everyone has left such positive reviews, and I was really hopeful for a positive experience as well. However.... the situation was uncomfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist was on the phone so I stood in front of the desk and waited, as it was my first time and I wasn't sure what to do or where to go. There was two ladies behind the desk chatting, and they stared at me for a moment then walked away. When the receptionist noticed me, she told me to follow her and gestured to the bathroom then said my room number and walked away. It felt very odd and I wasn't sure what to make of it, but knowing that I was already uncomfortable about the nature of my appointment, I assumed it was my own nerves. I then waited in the room for almost 20 minutes and never even saw the doctor. I ended up leaving because I felt so completely uncomfortable. The entire situation just felt so odd and unprofessional, especially for such a highly recommended clinic. I'm not really sure why I had this experience and there absolutely is many things I should have done differently. However.... being a woman with trauma, a panic disorder and PTSD, it can sometimes be difficult to navigate uncomfortable situations correctly. I really believe that my experience could be a one off, however, I don't think I can bring myself to go back. I hope others continue to have positive experiences here.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve seen Alex twice now for Physio and I can’t recommend him enough! He is kind, knowledgeable and professional. Madison, the receptionist is also quite lovely and makes booking appointments quick and effortless. I love how they have direct billing as well!”

“The staff at ReBalance are the kindest most caring professionals I have ever encountered! The receptionist/administrative assistant is caring and right on top of everything. The thereapists are the very best in their field. (Meaning a quicker recovery for you...very nice 🙂) All of my many visits have been very successful. I have long term chronic issues that flare up and when I call they will book me in as quickly as possible. They are like our area friends who help us out with their talent.
