“We have been coming to this clinic since my daughter was three years old. At first, I was concerned that English is not our family’s first language and that she might have difficulty communicating or cooperating during her eye exam. However, Dr. Shaun Pati was incredibly patient, professional, and kind. He took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable and guided her through the examination with great care. Dr. Pati is very thorough and attentive, which gave us a lot of confidence in his care. Because of our positive experience, we chose him as the eye doctor for our entire family. My daughter is now seven years old, and thanks to her regular eye exams, she has learned the importance of maintaining good eye health from an early age. I would also like to thank Susan for her outstanding customer service. She is always helpful when assisting me with contact lens orders and makes sure I know about any special promotions or discounts available. We truly appreciate the care and support we have received over the years. “The doctor was excellent and very good with my 2-year-old child. However, our 10:30 AM appointment had a delay and started around 11:00 AM. The long wait was difficult for my toddler, who became upset and restless.”

““Had a great experience with RF treatment at Real Eyes Optometry. My dry eye already feels better after one session, and I even noticed my under-eye bags looked lighter. I was a bit nervous about the eyelid flip part, but Dr. Amit was amazing, super gentle and reassuring the whole time, which made it way easier than I expected. “Started having bent and wavy vision in my left eye. Called in as a first time patient and I was lucky to get an appointment within the next 2 hours. “I’m extremely glad I went to Real Eyes Optometry after being referred there by Urgent Care this morning. Urgent Care initially thought I didn’t need antibiotic eye drops, but the team at Real Eyes took a closer look and discovered my eye condition was worse than it appeared, so I finally got antibiotic eye drops!!!!! Susan, the eye tech and receptionist, greeted me when I arrived for my appointment. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She never made me feel bad when my eyes kept closing during the tests, which I really appreciated. Dr. Shaun Pati was also fantastic. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever being dismissive. He ran several comprehensive tests on my eye and even did a vision test, so I was finally able to get my prescription updated. Afterwards, Susan helped me pick out a pair of glasses so I was able to get my prescription glasses. The whole visit took about three hours, but it honestly felt like such a productive errand day, as I was able to kill two birds with one stone.
