“This clinic was charging my benefits directly for my sessions then one day they stated that their "portal was down" AFTER my session was done and forced me to pay out of pocket that day, assuming I could trust them I gladly did, the next day when I submit the receipt to my benefits they declined my claim stating the provider was delisted and they were aware of it. The clinic now refuses to assist me in any way of getting compensated and is making me do the run around to chase my benefits provider.”
