Today was my first visit to Reactive Physiotherapy and I must say that I was very impressed. Tamara is very knowledgeable, very thorough, and very helpful. I really appreciated her understanding and respect for my physical limitations when designing an exercise plan for me.

Meghan is a thoughtful and encouraging therapist. She runs a GLAD class and is very helpful; ie slight modifications of exercises to get the most out of the therapy. I have gotten significantly stronger and more confident about my failing knee. I have also observed a kind commitment to everyome in the class

I saw Tamara for about 2 months and not only was she so knowledgeable but she never made me feel silly for asking questions or not knowing things. She made me feel comfortable every single session and has amazing communication. She helped me with an injury that was really hard for me to navigate emotionally so she always let me rant and never diminished any small thing. Honestly loved my time with her and miss seeing her 2 times a week! 10/10 would recommend coming here and especially seeing my girl Tamara<3

I had a great experience with Clive Rushton at ReActive Physiotherapy. He took the time to listen to what I was experiencing instead of rushing to a diagnosis. My heel pain wasn’t straightforward, and Clive carefully ruled out other possible causes before recommending the right treatment. Once my plantar fasciitis was confirmed, he explained everything clearly and gave me practical advice that has really helped. I appreciated his thorough approach and the time he took to make sure we were treating the actual problem, not just the symptoms. I highly recommend Clive and the team at ReActive Physiotherapy.

I am very happy to write this review for Reactive Physiotherapy, and ***especially for Rachel Varga****, my physiotherapist. Booking appointments with them is a breeze, and the front office was quite helpful. When I went there, I had a major arm issue that reduced my arm mobility. Rachel took the time to diagnose the root cause properly and suggested exercise and stretching routines that helped ease the pain and improve arm mobility. She also treated the affected part using her proprietary treatment, which was quite effective! She is a good listener and listened to my concerns before charting out the treatment procedure. She is also incredibly patient, because I changed the area to be treated at the beginning of the appointment a few times, which meant that she had to listen and understand the new concerns and suggest a treatment protocol on the fly😀!! Rachel is an excellent physiotherapist and effectively treated all my ailments professionally. I will highly recommend her services to anyone interested without any reservation whatsoever!! Thank you, Rachel!!

This was my first session with Allison and she was impressive. Her directions and attention to detail shows she is committed to making sure each of her clients gets the most out of the GLA:D program. She is very personable and her entire approach is very much appreciated.

Tamara (pelvic health) at ReActive Physio therapy was great. She listened to my concerns and offered concrete suggestions that I can put into practice right away. We were able to connect on a level that only someone else who has also been in the health care field would understand and being able to talk frankly about sensitive subjects was a plus. I look forward to further appointments and her invaluable insights.

Meghan was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She took time to determine what I was hoping for and what would work best considering my age and goals.

Allison is the perfect blend of professionalism, knowledge, friendly demeanor and motivation. I participated in the GLA:D program and was amazed at how she was able to provide such individual attention to each of us in our group. My family doctor recommended this program to get ahead of osteoarthritis and am I ever glad I followed through. With Allison’s guidance she has helped me develop good habits and a positive attitude to not only maintain but to continue strengthening my knees and hips. Many thanks, Allison. PS. A special shoutout to Isabella for her support and guidance. Best of luck with your studies.

This was my review later in the course:Allison has continued to monitor my progress in the GLA:D exercises and I have had a significant reduction in pain in my injured knee. I now walk with no limp and day to day activities are done with no pain. Allison has been careful to increase my exercise levels as my strength has improved. Well done! This was my review early in the course: I had the first physio session today with Allison. She was friendly, supportive and ensured that we were doing the exercises in the right way to maximize benefits. The session was an hour long and there was a good balance between working the muscles while ensuring we didn’t overdo it on the joints. Looking forward to the next session. This was my review of the educational sessions: I had the first GLA:D educational meeting with Meghan. We covered Osteoarthritis - the causes, potential treatments, and the structure of both knees and hips. The presentation made sense and conveyed valuable information to the audience. I had no trouble understanding the presentation and I now have a better understanding of Osteoarthritis. My thanks, Meghan!
