“I had my first appointment with Sierra at Reactivate Muskoka Physiotherapy Clinic. Firstly, the clinic a very impressive size with lots of modern workout equipment and many places for the physiotherapists, chiropractors, etc. I am 67 years old and have had multiple sports injuries over the years and most recently have damaged my left shoulder and arm. At this first meeting with Sierra, she spent easily 45 minutes doing a visual analysis of all my moving parts before focusing on the damaged shoulder. She took careful notes of my recent physical history and what could have caused the injury and summarized it for me later to confirm she had correctly notated everything. When she was checking out how my scapuli moved, she placed her hands gently on my back and I told her later but I could tell that those were healing hands. We ended the session with Electro acupuncture, which has worked well for me before, as well as dry acupuncture and now three or four days later (having done her prescribed exercises and stretches every day), I feel an improvement already. This has been a 3-month problem and I feel like I'm on the mend.”

“I am so very thankful for Dr. Rich Trenholm. I live in a small northern city with not a lot of medically available services, therefore, I was not able to receive the care I desperately needed. My chiropractor was able to advocate on my behalf and Rich took her very seriously. He made time to speak to her and was able to get me an urgent appointment. During my visit, Rich took me very seriously and we ended up in the ER with shoulder reductions. He would not pass me off to another provider - I overheard him explain this to other dr's and nurses in the hallways - I came to see him and he would not just send me off. He called many colleagues for consults until he found someone to see me bedside to find a diagnosis, and stayed bedside during that consult to ensure things were figured out. I am so thankful that someone like Rich exists in the medical world and even more thankful that I was able to be seen by him. -Courtney”
