Nine months ago, I walked into this clinic with a wrist that wasn’t moving at all, in constant pain, and no idea if I would ever recover. Before finding this clinic, I had already been to other physiotherapists with little to no improvement. I honestly started believing that getting my wrist back to normal just wasn’t possible. Today was my very last session, and I have mixed emotions. I’m incredibly happy that I can finally use my hand again and get back to living my life but I’m also genuinely sad because I’ll truly miss coming here. My physiotherapist, Gabby, has been nothing short of amazing. She is one of the kindest, most patient, and encouraging people I’ve ever met. Recovery was long, painful, and frustrating, but she never stopped believing in me, even when I doubted myself. She always reminded me how far I’d come and kept me motivated every step of the way. A huge thank you to Sam as well. I’ll never forget one of my first breakthroughs when she used a laser pointer to help retrain my brain and prove that I could still move my wrist by my own. It gave me so much hope and showed me that healing is just as much mental as it is physical. Throughout these nine months, Gabby and Sam constantly tried different techniques, exercises, and treatment methods to find what worked best. They genuinely cared about my recovery, gave me tools and exercises to continue at home, and even provided some equipment free of charge simply because they wanted to help. That says so much about the kind of people they are. They weren’t just doing their jobs they truly cared about my progress and wanted to give me every possible chance to succeed. I’ll admit that I’ve never been someone who enjoys anything related to the medical field. But physiotherapy here was completely different. But I actually looked forward to my physiotherapy appointments. Every visit was filled with positivity, encouragement, and laughter, making such a difficult journey so much easier. Today I can proudly say my hand is back to normal and I know I couldn’t have done it without Gabby and Sam. Thank you both for never giving up on me and for helping me get my life and my hand back. I couldn’t recommend this clinic more highly. If you’re looking for a team that truly cares about their patients and goes above and beyond this is the place to go.

Cody and the gang at Reach are just awesome. They were recommended to me and I can see why. If you need physiotherapy for a hand or arm issue and you don’t consider Reach, you’re making a huge mistake. I highly recommend that you “Reach” ;) out to them.

Cody is the gold standard of sports physiotherapists. He is knowledgeable and very understanding when it comes to athletes and their desire to continue to playing even while injured. Cody is always willing to accommodate urgent appointments without compromising care to his other patients.

I have seen Nicole for over a year for my wrist, and even though (to no fault of anyone) I haven't had the progress I have hoped for, Nicole has come up with many creative and different treatments and plans that have helped keep my pain tolerable for the most part. She has been a bright spot in my not so bright road to recovery! All the other staff that I have interacted with are very nice and I would recommend everyone to come here for whatever they may need!

Highly recommended! I worked with Cody Garner, a knowledgeable and very effective PT for hand and wrist issues. What I appreciated about Cody was his motivation to ensure each session was useful with explicit outcomes connected to my specific goals. My experience was very positive, and I would definitely encourage others to seek support from Cody. :)

Cody has been a tremendous help in evaluating and recovering from my finger injury. He is consistently attentive and is well-versed in all things climbing, making it easy to tailor a treatment plan that fits my specific goals. As someone who has struggled to keep up with physio plans in the past, I'm endlessly grateful for Cody's willingness to check whether specific exercises work for me and his ability to weave them into routines that make them easy to follow. Everyone in the clinic is accommodating, friendly, and they make communication and follow-up a breeze.

During our move, I ended up with a "tennis elbow". I first went to a chain physio, and my condition did not improve. I found Reach Sports Physiotherapy through recommendation and i was assigned to Cody Garner. From the very beginning, Cody asked excellent questions and he gave me exercises appropriate for my condition. He recorded my progress and kept giving me exercises that helped my improvement tremendously. Not only does Cody have a depth of knowledge, but he is also very personable, and he makes the time spent at the clinic very enjoyable. I always look forward to my appointments.

Very supportive clinic that helped me a lot with strengthening muscles to recover from hyper mobility related injuries! I came to this clinic at a breaking point with my pain. Steven experience and motivation to help me recover is what kept me coming back. With hard and consistent work, I can now say that my joint pain and instability is rarely present. I always leave the clinic feeling like a positive difference was made in my recovery and this clinic is my first choice for when I require maintenance appointments. Thank you Steven and the rest of the team!

Steven was absolutely incredible to work with. I went from having almost no mobility in my left thumb to about 90% in just two weeks under his guidance and treatment plan. His knowledge and expertise are obvious, and he explains everything clearly so you understand the process and progress. Beyond that, his sense of humor and calm approach immediately put me at ease, which made a huge difference during our appointments. He created a regime that was effective, realistic, and tailored to my situation. I truly cannot recommend Steven enough. If you need hand physio, you’re in excellent hands with him.
