Sue was fantastic! I learnt more about my body and muscles in 45 mins than I had in my life beforehand. She sent me away with some homework exercises, feeling positive that I can fix my neck pain. Highly reccomended!

I saw Sue at Reach for an old ankle injury. She knows so much about how the body works and is up to date on modern research and techniques.

Like most athletes if you do what you love for long enough you end up with some sort of injury that just doesn't seem to want to heal/go away! For me it was my shoulder, after my 3rd visit to yet a different physio I was beginning to lose hope that I would ever be out of pain/discomfort. Thankfully a friend referred me to Sue Shalanski at Reach Physio and for the first time in 8 months I am no longer in pain and I have my mobility back. I cant speak more highly of Sue/Reach Physio. She takes a holistic approach, takes the time to understand what is going on and is super caring.

best physio I have ever been too. I've tried a few physiotherapists and none were ever s good fit for me, I found I used to always leave physio in tears and in more pain then when i went in. after my car accident u started seeing Sue and she has been a miracle worker. I now see both Sue and Nicole and both are fantastic. they genuinely care about all of their clients. They give me exercises to do that are simple and easy to do and adapt to my lifestyle and have helped me tremendously

Thanks Emily for saving my climbing vacation! Having sprained my ankle 6 weeks prior to going to Squamish, I was unsure how much climbing I'd be able to do. Emily's magic touch made the pain disappear, restored flexibility, and I was able to climb every day of my trip :)

After my car accident I spent a lot of time working with Emily Johnson. She was helpful and thorough with getting me back on a regular lifestyle and supplying me with the tools I need for full recovery. I would recommend her physio services to anyone needing it.

Having worked with Sue, Mike and Dana, I am thrilled to recommend the care and expertise at Reach Physio. Sue Shalansky is my Ninja as she is half my size, yet manages to set me straight every time. I'm a big fan!

I really wanted to acknowledge the care that Katherine Smyth has provided for me. On-line booking made it easy for me to schedule with Katherine. On my arrival she exhibited a thorough, comprehensive approach that I appreciate. I wanted her input on my chronic upper back immobility. She identified how my participation in sports like golf and hockey as a youth and my current activities such as cycling, skiing, computer work and performing surgery all contribute to my back issues. She provided acupuncture and cupping therapy during our consult and also reccomended ongoing exercises and attention to posture. I felt immediate response to the acupuncture and cupping. I literally left Reach feeling an inch taller. I am convinced that Katherine's advice regarding stretching / exercise and attention to posture will lead to a much healthier back. Thanks Katherine. I really appeiciate it! Tom

I'm always impressed with the quality of services here...from the smile I get walking in to the ease of movement I end up leaving with! I can honestly say this is the best physio/massage experiences I've had, Thanks. Robert Smith.
