“Never made it in. Very unreliable scheduling system and disorganized staff. Made an appointment online to come in. Received a call saying it needed to be cancelled. Due to a ‘double booking’ and whole lot of explanation on communication breakdowns and how one staff didn’t notify another staff member. Waited another week to come in. On the day of, the appointment gets cancelled again due to an emergency.Fine. Rebooked again. Waited another week to get to my appointment and I get call on the day of to inform me that yes they’ll see me today but this is the only time they’ll see me at their Richmond location and then it will be Surrey going forward. I chose this place and practitioner specifically for it’s location. So really there’s no point in continuing on considering I can’t continue with this practitioner anyways. So after 3 weeks of waiting to see a practitioner I am left with nothing. As a potential new client the first impression for this place is ‘unprofessional’.”Read moreShow less

“I've seen Daire before for sports injuries. He always got me back onto the court but also provided me with exercises to strengthen and prevent future injuries! In December, I got into a MVA and Daire helped me with my injuries. He's knowledgeable, professional, and one of the best physiotherapists I've worked with! “I highly recommend Re:Function Physio. I've been an ongoing client for the past 3 years. Daire is a great PT and can do acute pain relief with the typical IMS needling and other interventions using state of the art technology. I like the gym and was allowed to stay a bit longer to use the cardio equipment if not one was using it. Most of all, Daire is a fun Irish guy to chat with while you spend your time in the gym! I feel that this clinic is different than the usual busy PT clinics. Daire spends his time on one client, unlike many clinics that split their time between 2-4 clients at once! So you get more attention with 1:1 treatment. I feel the clinic is very safe during Covid too! I work in health care, so that made me feel better knowing that I was safe.”Read moreShow less
