“My first session with Janine, my Certified Athletic Therapist, was truly a wonderful experience. I came in with neck and shoulder pain, and she immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to clearly explain everything she was doing while carefully working on the sore and painful areas, which helped me feel safe, informed, and well cared for throughout the session. What really stood out to me was that I could already feel a difference even before the session ended. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and very hopeful about my recovery. “So far the best experience in terms of true value for the customer. I appreciate the detailed accessment RC gives prior before performing and executing adjustments. I feel it solves the direct root cause of the problem. Another great perk is the amount of service they offer. It truly is a one spot shop in terms of health and wellness. Wheather you need a chiropractor, or messauge therapy. I highly recommend getting a messauge then follow that with an adjustment. This will elevate your experience and make you feel good throughout the day. “Have been seeing Dr. Carmelie on and off for years (not nearly as frequently as I should) and I always feel better after being adjusted by her. Specifically, I use to experience a lot of left arm numbness (guilty side sleeper here eek) and she fixed it right up AND recommended follow up care and things I could do to help keep it from returning. “Unfortunately I was severely injured by Carmelie 11 weeks ago. I went in for an adjustment with dr. Ritchie who I’ve seen before quite a few times. He was not in so I let her adjust me and in that 3 min my life has been a nightmare since. Two bulging discs and horrible nerve compression in my si joint is what the ct scan read at urgent care. I have been on pain killers and nerve blockers since. I’m now spending thousands of my own money on treatments and medication. Missing work as some days are unbearable. I’m a huge fan of chiropractors as I’ve used a few over the years and have never had anything close to this happen. I do not like writing reviews especially negative ones as I’m not that person and is why it took me this long to write .
